Getting prospects to call you (instead of the other way around)





Truth estate for business if you are self-employed. Hopefully, you can call or they can call someone else. Chances are, every other "someone else" is equal to you. So why the heck they should call you?

They have to value your skills, of course. But more importantly, they have to really like to work with you!

Instinct may first need to "play beautiful. 'If I'm really nice and the audience liked, they would want to work with me? I beg you to dive the deeper bit. There Credo personal you live. Credo, if you would define the spirit and energy that you bring to your customers. There are large companies have the Credo of them. These are clearly Credo clear. They have inserted consciousness. The most important thing when Credo work, they have become the energy that we feel when we enter into the space of the company. It's a remarkable thing.

Here are four that we live credo in my own company, Influence:

We are easy to work with.
We have fun.
We drilled down.
We know what we're talking about.
Sounds like common sense, right? Well, here are some of the ideas behind the credo of these are important to me. I want us to have a strong customer service mindset. Customer service mindset "sounds cold and brain. The phrase 'We are very easy to work with," is simple and clear. "We are very happy" and "drill down" may sound contradictory.

We thrive on the contrary. Since we are in business seminars and training, we want to offer our very enjoyable and at the same time, there is real substance. We believe that when we are at our best, we have a deep and sudden provocation and fun all.

What's most important about this credo final "We know what we're talking about," is what it leaves unsaid. If we're asked to provide a service that falls outside of our areas of expertise that we do not fake it. We declined. We have sent the proposal to someone who is a real expert.
