Entrepreneurs in this apartment: If you are not, you probably know. Starting a business from the apartment is a smart and very doable. But it is legitimate to start a business out of an apartment? You have a friend write a story or music, consulting, or trying to turn a hobby into a moneymaker ... all from the comfort of a residential rental property.
