A write-do list allows you to put future tasks at this time out of your mind and focus on the things that you need to finish today.

2. Turn off e-mail notifications
You will not get anything done if you're getting up every thirty seconds with a note immediately after the customer or employee, or agreement of the dozens. Close your email program and close any notice that you're getting. Do not worry, they'll still be there in an hour.

3. Close Social Media
In the same vein, such as e-mail, social media can be a trap that keeps your attention all day long divided. Nothing will happen on Facebook or Twitter per hour, which will still be involved when you have finished work. 4. Tell everyone what you're doing
Your family and your co-workers should be able to respect your need for privacy when you're done. It takes up to 15 minutes to get back into the "groove" after being interrupted, so if you're working in one-hour blocks a disturbance may affect the first quarter of your work. Set your chat to "off" to hang a sign on your door, made the announcement in the middle of the office - what you need to do to make sure you are not disturbed.

Organize your desk, clean off your closet, put a stack of paperwork - something you can check out a "do" will help get you in the right frame of mind.
