5 ways to stay active on your desk




If you've been on the internet in the past few years, I'm sure you've been told that the work on your desk that killed 9-5. While it's true that time behind a desk that costs are bad for you, there are lots of ways to help against the negative effects. Here you will find some good ideas to help keep you moving during office hours:

1. New Seats

When you're spending a good portion of your day on your desk, it makes sense that you'd want to splurge a little bit when it comes to what you're sitting on. 2. Take a walk
